What can I expect at an event?
Shift Gathering is a balanced mix of structured time (keynotes, break outs, and networking conversations) and unstructured time (breaks and social events). We work to provide robust connections and information that help you find clarity regarding next steps. And there is plenty of flexibility. If you crave more alone moments, you can find them. And if you’re looking for a conversation, there is one waiting for you in the break area.
What about food?
When you register, you will be asked about food restrictions. We do our best to accommodate food needs.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are $125 each.
Where is Shift Gathering being held?
Shift Gathering is being held at the Marriott at City Creek.

I’ve decided not to attend, can I get my money back?
Before February 1, 2023, a refund of 50% is offered. After February 1, 2023, no refunds are allowed.
These dates reflect costs incurred by the event. We do what we can to meet extraordinary circumstances but when purchases are made on behalf of attendees, we must share those costs.
ALSO NOTE: if Covid-19 health protocols cause an event cancellation or postponement, attendees will have the option of a full refund.
Is Shift Gathering only for women?
Everyone is invited to attend Shift Gathering. The messaging and lessons can be learned and applied by all.
Women, men, queer, and non-binary people are all welcome.
How is Shift Gathering related to Alt Summit?
The founder of Shift Gathering is the founder of Alt Summit. The magic and generosity that you’ve seen in the Alt Summit community is being built in this Shift Gathering community. Come be a part of this growing group.
